nomad-notes December 3, 2024 Recovery Status Update
We are almost fully functional again. In September our server crashed - All pages that start with "member.naked-club.org..." could not be accessed. After 2 weeks of struggle we concluded that the recovery of the server for social elements is a big challenge... profiles, places, forum, events, pods, etc. Instead we focused on getting our membership photo and video galleries back on-line on a new server. The original database server is still intact so your log-ins and subscriptions are safe. Credit card info is NOT stored with us, so that is secure. We we were NOT hacked.
We had to re-program how protected media is accessed. The result is good! We offer a new way of streaming video that is excellent! We are using the Vimeo player and it has great features! We are adding older galleries back in as we go along. For updates see below.
UPDATE - We are back on a weekly new gallery schedule, though that takes time out of reinstating previous gallery-sets. If you have not been here for over a month, when you log in for the first time, you have to reset your password. Carefully follow instructions. Report any problems, please. And you can again now Purchase an Access Subscription.
Galleries are ready to view from the newest back to Event gallery 76.

More of the older Event galleries will be added weekly. As well as the usual weekly brand new photos or video gallery.
***BTW around end of September we ran a script that added 3 months of access to all active subscriptions to make up for the outage!
